This policy explains what we collect through stowebins.com and what we do with it. Stowe is a brand of Nic-Bin LLC ("we" or "us").
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the product you were interested in, the page that referred you, your browser details, and when you signed up.
- Partner inquiries: your name, email address, venue or company, inquiry type, and anything you write in your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic request details such as IP address and browser type.
- Site visits: our analytics tool, Metricool, records the address of each page you view, your browser window size, and the page that referred you. It can also see your IP address and browser details.
How we use it
- To confirm your waitlist signup and tell you when Stowe is available.
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about outfitting your venue.
- To run, secure, and fix the website.
- To understand how people find and use the website.
Cookies and analytics
We use Metricool to see how many people visit this website, which pages they view, and where they came from. We don't currently use advertising cookies. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this policy.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and with authorities when the law requires it. Those providers are:
- Vercel for website hosting
- Neon for storing the waitlist
- Resend for sending email from the site
- Microsoft for our email inboxes
- Metricool for website analytics
- Google Fonts, which loads the site's font and can see your IP address when it does
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and inquiry information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
To stop hearing from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any email. To see, correct, or delete your information, email info@stowebins.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor those that apply.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
