Terms of Sale

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply when you buy Stowe products. Stowe is a brand of Nic-Bin LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("we" or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We're not taking orders yet

Stowe is heading into production. Joining the waitlist or sending a partner inquiry is not an order, doesn't commit you to buy, and doesn't reserve a unit or a price. These terms will apply once orders open.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, including if an item is unavailable or a price or description was wrong. If we do, we'll refund anything you paid for that order.

Custom wrapped bins have a minimum order of 3 units. By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and allow us to print it on your order. We may decline artwork we can't reproduce or that we consider inappropriate.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout or on your quote. Any sales tax that applies is added to your total. Payment is due when you order unless we agree to invoice you in writing.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Current timing is on our Returns & Lead Times page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Returns, damaged items, and cancellations are covered by our Returns & Lead Times policy.

Installation and use

Stowe bins mount with 3M VHB adhesive or screws. You are responsible for choosing a suitable surface, following the installation instructions, and getting any permission you need to mount a bin. Adhesive and screws can mark or damage some surfaces when removed, so test first if the finish matters to you.

Stowe bins are for used nicotine pouches and similar small dry waste. Empty them regularly and follow your local rules for waste disposal. Don't use them for sharps, hazardous materials, or anything burning.

Warranty disclaimer

Except for what our returns policy says about defective or damaged items, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold as is and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
